Assist in keeping record on stock level and store all semi-finished and finished bakery products properly so as to keep spoilage to a minimum.
协助保持库存量的记录和储存所有半成品以及面包店的成品,把损坏率降到最低。
Inspect and maintain all operating equipment in good working conditions and advise supervisor to raise repair and maintenance request when necessary.
