Master the basic dough making methods and moulding techniques than French baguette bread, croissants, hamburgers, etc
掌握基本基础面团的制作方法及成型手法，如：法棍面包、牛角包、汉堡等。
Assist in keeping record on stock level and store all semi-finished and finished bakery products properly so as to keep spoilage to a minimum.
协助保持库存量的记录和储存所有半成品以及面包店的成品，把损坏率降到最低。
Inspect and maintain all operating equipment in good working conditions and advise supervisor to raise repair and maintenance request when necessary.
检查和维护所有操作设备在良好的工作环境以及建议主管在必要时进行修理和维护。
