Position Overview 岗位概述:
Take food and beverage orders, retrieve and serve beverages and food ordered courteously and efficiently. Assist in the maintenance of the restaurant area and equipment. Assist headwaiter & Supervisor to make the job excellent.
高效礼貌的为客人点单,为其服务所点的食物和酒水。协助餐厅和设施设备的维护。协助领班及主管更好的完成工作。
This postion is based at the Michelin Restaurant Le Comptoir de Pierre Gagnaire.
该岗位服务于米其林餐厅 Le Comptoir de Pierre Gagnaire。
The Role 岗位职责:
1. Maintain complete knowledge of restaurant capacity, layout, and operation hours.
完全了解餐厅的座位数,整体布局和营业时间。
2. Knowledge on all F&B sold. (cooking method, ingredients, duration etc.)
完全了解餐饮部的产品(烹饪方法,配料,烹饪时间等)。
3. Complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment.
完全掌握设施设备的保养维护与使用
4. Comply with all departmental policies/service procedures.
遵守各个部门的规章制度和服务流程
5. Complete opening & closing side duties as assigned.
完全掌握指定开档收挡的工作内容
6. Organize assigned station and ensure readiness prior to guest arrival.
客人就餐之前,工作台应准备就绪
7. Review daily specials, sold out items throughout the shift.
了解全天的每日特选和售罄的产品
8. Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests.
提前预知顾客的需求,及时回应客人。
9. Be familiar with all services, local attractions to respond to guest inquiries.
应熟悉各种服务,能为客人提供当地特色的讯息
10. Complete all closing reports as assigned and leave duty after reporting to supervisor.
完成当天所有工作,下班应告知主管
11. Follow maintenance program and cleaning schedule.
严格执行维修计划和清洁表格
12. To attend all training course organized by hotel or department
积极参加酒店和部门组织的各种培训
13. introduce the menu both in Chinese and English
用中文和英文为客人介绍菜单。

Able to work under pressure, work long hours, split shift and on PH.
能接受在高压下工作,长时间工作,两头班,节假日加班
