Key Responsibilities 主要职责:
1. Deliver Food and Beverage service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures.
按照部门的规范和程序提供高标准的餐饮服务。
2. Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information.
与上级领导交流有关疑难,客人意见和其它相关信息。
3. Provide guests with high standard service, found in the restaurant is not in conformity with the provisions of the situation and problems, improvement Suggestions to restaurant manager for rectification.
为客人提供高标准服务,及时发现不符合规定的情况及问题,并提出整改建议,协助餐厅经理进行整改,做到持续性
4. Ensure restaurant table of standard implemented correctly, before the operating site preparation and health condition.
开餐前严格检查场地准备情况及卫生状况,确保餐厅摆台标准的正确执行。
