【职位描述】
• 回顾预到店,在店和离店客人的报告,定期获取客人的偏好,以确保概要文件构建的整体性,同时更新客人的反馈意见
• 负责后台准备,为来店客人做好安排
• 回顾每周的预订人数,并协助获取更多的信息,以便在客人住店期间提供更好的服务
• 报告任何客人的问题,关注和反馈(积极和建设性的)
• Provide guest services and administrative / operational support to the Guest Relations Department and all other hotel departments.
• Greeting and checking-in VIPs, and ensuring that they are met personally by oneself and/or Guest Relations Officer
• Handle guest complaints in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved quickly and satisfactorily.
• Personally and frequently verify that guests are receiving the best possible service during their stay.
• Ensure that guest history records are accurately maintained and all repeated guests preferences are met.
【任职要求】
• 熟练的英文和中文读写,口语能力
• 熟练地操作办公软件
• 五星级酒店工作经验
• 很强的抗压能力
• Excellent verbal and written English and Chinese,strong communication skill
• Good knowledge in using Microsoft Office applications, Opera system
• 1 year experience at Guest Relations or Front Desk in luxury hotel
• Requires a pro-active, creative and result driven individual
