accountabilities

Possess an excellent leadership ability with strong focus on training and
upgrading of food quality. Specializes in unique up-to date pastry preparation.

Ensure all the pastry products are high quality and this is consistently
achieved.

Conduct regular communication meetings and briefings with Pastry and
bakery personnel.

Create enthusiasm for training development amongst subordinates. Motivates
and leads by example.

Ensure that the hotel cost control policies and procedures are followed.
General requirements
-
Minimum 4-5 years’ experience as Executive Pastry Chef in a Five Star
Hotel, a total of 15+ years in Culinary experience.

Culinary Degree Preferred, HACCP Certification.

Professional proficiency in spoken and
written English and Chinese.

Professional experience in China

Minimum 4-5 years of leadership position in
pastry operation of a highly reputable hotel or similar organization
