The on-duty engineer is responsible for the effective repair and maintenance of all the hotel system equipment, including kitchen and laundry equipment, other electromechanical and electrical equipment and hotel decoration.
值班工程师负责酒店全部系统设备，包括厨房及洗衣房设备，其它机电设备仪表以及酒店装饰的有效维修和保养。
Ensure the overall operation complies with standard operating policies and procedures, maintain a good working environment, develop and implement work plans, and ensure the normal operation of the department and hotel equipment.
确保整体运作遵守标准操作政策与规程、保持良好工作环境，制定和执行工作计划，保证部门及酒店设备正常运行。
Ensure the normal operation of all hotel systems such as electricity, water, drainage, air conditioning, steam and so on;
保证酒店所有系统如电、水、排水、空调、蒸汽等不断地正常运作；
Plan, organize, direct, control and supervise the work of the staff in the class to ensure that they do their job well;
计划、组织、指挥、控制和监督班内员工的工作，确保他们做好自己的本职工作；
