1.
Function as primary support to the Director of
Human Resources/Assistant Human Resources Manager including activities in
employment, recruitment, benefits, payroll, and associates relations.
在员工活动、招聘、福利、工资、员工关系等方面支持人力资源总监或助理人力资源经理。
2.
Assist the DHR/AHRM to develop and implement
the hotel’s business plan.
协助人力资源总监或助理人力资源经理建立和执行酒店的计划。
3.
Follow up Check In & Check Out procedure
for associates.
负责办理员工入职和离职手续。
4.
Follow up the separation associates’ personnel file.
负责离职人员档案管理。
5.
Follow up the interview online Assessment and
Reference check.
协助高级人力资源主任管理录用前的面试预约、网上测试和员工背景调查。
6.
To be responsible for reimbursing the trainees’
management fee and transportation fee.
负责实习生管理费及交通费用报销。
7.
To be responsible for the administration of all
the Staff Canteen Meal Coupon for all the casual labors.
负责管理临时工餐券的相关事宜。
8.
To be responsible for the administration of new
hire associates’’ probation forms.
跟进新员工试用期到期相关事宜。
9.
Follow up the monthly Star Employee.
协助月度优秀员工活动,包括表格收集、证书打印、张贴照片等等。
10. Inspect all heart of the house areas to ensure the compliance of the
hotel’s standard requirement.
检查酒店后区以确保酒店标准的执行。
11. To organize Annual Associates Party and different types of sports and
recreation program for hotel associates to achieve total associates
satisfaction.
协助组织年度员工晚会及其他运动娱乐活动,以实现员工整体满意。
12.
To assist in conducting employee orientation
and hotel tour for all new hired associates and ongoing programs to foster
positive attitude to company goals.
协助员工入职培训、参观酒店及其他培训课程的推广,以加强积极的公司目标。
13.
Perform all duties and responsibilities in a
timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and
procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
根据公司政策和程序,及时高效完成各项工作。
14. Ensure compliance and fair application of corporate, legal and hotel
human resources policies and procedures.
保证执行公司、法律及酒店的政策和程序。
15.
Maintain a favorable working relationship with
all associates to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working
climate.
与所有员工保持积极的工作关系,以建立和提高团队合作和和谐。
