掌握当班能源消耗及维修费用，确保酒店最大限度的节能、节支。
3、Implement energy-saving operation plan and control operation and maintenance cost budget.
推行节能运行计划的实施和运行维修费用预算的控制。
4、Assist in the analysis of project quotation, on-site inspection of construction and engineering progress.
协助分析工程项目报价单，亲临现场检查施工与工程进度。
5、Assist Engineering manager in fire fighting and safety work.
协助工程部经理做好消防，安全工作。
6、Assist in the establishment of complete equipment technical files and maintenance files.
协助建立完整的设备技术档案和维修档案。
