Job Summary – (Role Summary)

To responsible for the upkeep and repairs of building facilities which include furniture,wall covering,upholstery,wood works,flooring,paint works &Vanishing,masonry,and all decorative fixtures,etc.for all guestrooms and public areas.
员工要及时进行维护酒店设施维修工作，包括酒店内家具，墙纸，室内装修，木装饰，地板，墙面漆，石材和装饰物等情况。
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities of the role)
主要职责﹣(职务的主要工作)
To execute scheduled guestrooms and public areas building maintenance as per specified standard.
按照标准定期进行客房和公共区域维护工作。
Perform all other duties which may be assigned by the Engineer manager or any other authorized engineer.
完成工程经理或指定工程师分配的工作。
 
To maintain clean work place & storage area.
保持工作区域和储存区域的清洁。
 
To strictly adhere to fire and life safety regulations.
严格执行防火和人身安全规定。
 
To perform assigned task under emergency situations.
在紧急情况下完成指定工作。
 
Maintain all tools and equipment properly.
保持工具和设备完好。
 
To assist in formulating bill of materials to a accomplish tasks.
协助列出材料价格以便完成工作。
 
Performs other related duties and special projects as assigned by superiors.
完成其它上级领导布置的工作。
 
Required Skills –
技能要求
· Appropriate building maintenance skills such as carpentry, painting, wall covering, flooring, masonry, etc experience a must.
必须具有专业维修木器，油漆，墙纸，地板和石器经验。
 
· Able to read blueprint.
能够阅读图纸。
 
· Basic M&E skills.
基础机电技能。
 
Qualifications
学历
· Vocational institute in building maintenance.
专业职业学校毕业。
 
Experience
经验
· Min.3 years in building maintenance trades or interior renovation.
至少3年建筑维修经验或内部装修经验。
 
· Well verge with the local building codes.
熟悉当地建筑条例。
