Rectify the situation if possible; otherwise report it to the appropriate department for action. Ensure that guestroom doors are not left open without valid reason确保仓库、办公室、商店、机房、写字间的门在不使用时应是上锁的，确保客人房间在没有特殊原因是应保持关闭 In public areas, ensure that guests’ property (handbags, coats etc) is not at risk, and advise guests accordingly. Attempt to locate the owner of any unattended property.
