Responsible for assigned floors and guest rooms during shift.
当班时负责所有分配的楼层和客房。
All duty floor supervisors together  hold morning briefing everyday.
当班楼层主管每天早上召开客房人员例会。
Ensure all rooms including checked-out rooms and occupied rooms are inspected during the duty hours, and well hand over the uncompleted work to next shift.
确保工作时间内检查所有房间，包括退房和住客房。并将为完成工作交接给下一个班次。
The supervisor check room cleanness and room amenities refill and set up, all room condition.
每天仔细检查客房保证清洁质量及物品补充、摆放达到要求、设施情况良好。
Collect guests prefenrence when inspecting rooms, make up rooms according to guest preference, input into guest profile for future reference.
收集客人喜好并按照客人喜好打扫房间，同时输入电脑以便将来参照跟进。
Work closely with the Reception to ensure correct room status at all times.
与前台接待密切合作确保任何时间内正确的房态。
Ensure highest standard of cleaning in assigned areas.
确保所分配的区域的高标准清洁。
