Manage
the maintenance and repair of the hotel buildings, grounds and contents in a
cost-effective manner and ensure the efficient and safe operation of all plant
and equipment. This position is concerned with assisting in the supervision of
all repair and maintenance and new installations. Ensuring the safety operation
in the hotel. To effectively communicate and solve the questions guest
encountered.

What
will I be doing?

1.General
supervision of shift operation, all team members under his control and the
allocation of work and distribution of the workforce in accordance with
instruction from the Chief Engineer.

2.Liaise
with the Engineer in the department preventative maintenance program and
supervise the implementation during his duty.
与各主管联络，在本班内检查计划维保工作的进展情况。
3.Inspect
and control the efficiency of all plants, associated system and equipment.
检查和控制所有机房、相关系统和设备的运转效率。
4.Recommend
changes of equipment or procedures to achieve the highest possible savings on
operation and energy cost.

5.Maintain
a Log Book of all occurrence during his watch.

6.Ensure
smooth hand-over to the next shift team member and discuss action to be taken
with respect to uncompleted work and any special attention required.

and mechanic knowledge required.

coordination skills.

4.At least 3 years wok experience at same position or 5
years supervisor experience above 4 stars.
