Collect and analyze market information and trends, and cooperate with various marketing departments.
完成公司线上商城和会员推广计划，收集、分析市场信息、动态，配合完成各类市场部工作。
Assist in developing promotional plans for regular activities, holiday membership, and mini programs(MSP Wine, Cake, Afternoon Tea and so on), and organize their implementation
协助制定常规活动、节假日会员和小程序等促销推广方案（麦博思酒水、蛋糕及下午茶等）并组织实施；
Participate in the planning and execution of major promotional activities to achieve promotional effects; (Online Mall and Members)
参与重大促销推广活动的策划和执行，以达到促销效果；（线上商城和会员）
Assist the Marketing manager in planning marketing plans, member marketing, and online shopping according to company requirements;
协助市场经理按公司要求，策划营销方案、会员营销和线上商城；
Familiar with the basic implementation work of online shopping malls, CRM systems,Infrasys, Flipos, etc;
熟悉线上商城、CRM、Infrasys, Flipos系统等基础落地执行工作；
Manage the daily operation and maintenance of the CRM system to ensure the stable
operation of the system and meet business requirements.
管理CRM系统的日常运营和维护工作，确保系统稳定运行并能够满足业务需求。
Responsible for developing and implementing CRM system development strategy, including
system upgrade, function expansion and performance optimization.
负责制定和执行CRM系统的发展策略，包括系统升级、功能扩展和性能优化等方面。
Track the use and effect of CRM system, evaluate and improve the system performance
regularly.
跟踪CRM系统的使用情况和效果，定期进行系统性能评估和改进。
Conduct on-site supervision and inspection, and even training, on the implementation of online marketing activities required by the company for each outlet;
对公司要求的线上营销活动的开展情况，对各门店进行现场督导和检查，甚至培训；
Assist the Marketing Manager to complete the work of the market tribe;
协助市场经理完成市场部落地工作；
Collect market information and industry trends or activity information of the same industry and category;
收集市场信息及行业动态或同行业同品类的活动信息；
Able to complete tasks assigned by superiors and other marketing departments of the company.
能够完成上司和公司交付的其他市场部门的工作任务。
