DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES职责和义务
1.
负责集团自媒体平台账号的日常运营及推广工作，并协助对接各媒体服务商（如有）及酒店宣传人员；
Responsible for the daily operation and promotion of all GCH media platforms; Assist
in the overseeing and managing media agencies, as well as hotel contacts.
2.
执行自媒体平台的推广策略，提高各个平台的新用户关注，有效增加品牌曝光度，并提升粉丝活跃度，增加用户粘性
Develop and implement promotion strategies for all GCH media platforms to
attract new users, increase brand exposures and improve consumer loyalty.
3.
负责监控并报告抖音平台售卖产出的GMV数据，定期分析市场需求及用户行为，为策略调整提供数据支持。
Be responsible for monitoring GMV data on Tiktok, analyze market trends and
consumer behaviors and provide data support for strategy adjustments.
4.
能根据主题及平台需求写出合适的文案内容；
Write and produce posts according to related theme and platform needs;
5.
协助所有媒体内容的制作（策划、脚本和拍摄）；
Assist in the production of all media content (planning, script, and shooting)
6.
主动定期追踪并查看旗下酒店更新的推文、视频、宣传活动等，并给出改进建议;
Proactively
and regularly follow and review updated posts, videos, promotional campaigns,
etc., of hotel members, and provide improvement suggestions;
7.
配合营销节点和时事热点，定期产出符合集团和品牌调性的内容，如节日海报等平面内容；
Assist with marketing campaigns, regularly produce content in line with the
tone and standards of the group and brand, such as graphic content e.g.
festival posters;
8.
在需要时出镜拍摄集团宣传视频或直播活动；
Act in videos and broadcasts
when required
9.
完成直属上级安排的其他工作。
Complete
all other tasks issued by the immediate superior.
JOB SPECIFICATION工作要求
1.
有良好的文笔并能撰写社交媒体平台内容
Able to write and produce social media posts and blogs
2.
熟悉年轻人审美，具备良好创意能力；
Familiar with the aesthetics of young people, have good creative ability;
3.
精通了解所有社交媒体平台和功能
Well versed and knowledgeable regarding all social media platforms and
functions
4.
对酒店行业有一定的了解，对酒店行业的新媒体传播有概念，对新媒体的传播形式和内容策划有一定的经验和敏锐性；
Have a certain understanding of the hotel industry, have a concept of social
media communication in the hotel industry, and have certain experience and
acumen in the form and content planning of social media communication;
5.
熟悉各大平台规则（抖音平台优先考虑）；有媒体策划、运营、代理工作经验更佳； Familiar with the
video etiquette of major platforms (TikTok platform is preferred); working
experience in media planning, operation and agency is preferred;
6.
有良好的沟通表达能力，逻辑思维清晰，有理想目标，有团队精神；
Have good communication and expression skills, clear logical thinking, have
ideal goals, and have team spirit;
