Reporting to the General Manager with responsibilities to Regional Director of Sales & Marketing. The DOS is responsible to lead and direct the sales & marketing department to effectively achieve or exceed set goals for Sales and Marketing with regards to maximization of yields and adequate positioning as well as exposure for the property.

To perform the human resource function by ensuring staff selection, training, counselling and recognition programs are adhered to in order to maximize performance standards and to adhere to guest service standards in order to maximize guest satisfaction.
控制、指导销售部运作，计划、组织部门工作以便符合绩效标准。行使人力资源职能包括对员工的挑选，培训，劝诫及赞誉以达到绩效最大化，同时坚持客户服务标准以达到客户满意最大化
QUALIFICATION任职资格:
1. Academic Qualification: Degree/Diploma in marketing preferred but not required.

2. Additional work experience may substitute for degree.

3. English Level : Highly articulate in English language, both written and spoken
