Langham Hospitality Group (LHG) is a global hotel company with properties located in major cities and four continents under The Langham Hotels and Resorts, Cordis Hotels and Resorts and Ying'nFlo brands. It is the hospitality arm of Great Eagle Holdings, a leading property development company in Hong Kong.
PURPOSE:
As an E-commerce Assistant Manager specializing in Greater China content marketing, this position will play a pivotal role in developing and executing content strategies to enhance our online presence and drive customer engagement in the Greater China region.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with agency to develop and implement content marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on the Greater China market. Identify target audience segments, conduct market research, and analyze industry trends to create relevant and compelling content.
Provide content briefing with agency and oversee the creation and localization of content assets, including website copy, blog posts, social media content,videos, and visual assets. Ensure that content adheres to brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience in the Greater China market.
Work with cross-function teams and external partners to post and distribute content on social media platforms, such as Ctrip Starhub, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, to drive exposure and increase engagement with target audience.
Support corporate campaigns with relevant content to emphasis campaign theme and drive exposure and increase sales revenue.
Provide hotels regional e-commerce guidelines on content, campaign, etc.
Collaborate with KOLs to amplify brand reach and enhance content visibility. Negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and measure the effectiveness of MCNs and KOLs to achieve marketing objectives.
Track and analyze content marketing performance metrics using various analytics tools. Provide regular reports on KPIs and actionable insights to optimize content strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
Support procurement and financial admin work and assist with other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Working experience:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in content marketing, preferably in the e-commerce industry with a focus on the Greater China market.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful content marketing campaigns.
Knowledge:
Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities to develop innovative content strategies.Familiar with China marketing, culture,content distribution channels.Excellent writing and editing skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communication, E-Commerce, or related subjects
Soft Skills:
Strong project management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and negotiate partnerships.
Team player,responsible, self-driven individual with confident and outgoing personality.
High level of attention to details, organized, pro-active, self-motivated, and independent.
Language:
Excellent writing and editing skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
