Coordinate or assist in the purchasing, receiving, storage, and/or dispensing of food and/or non-food items to meet the needs of the various departments and functions. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
工作职责 
·         After receiving the Purchasing Requisition Form, firstly fill in the supplier’s name and price, then approved by Purchase Manager.
 收到采购单后,首先在采购单上填好供货商和单价,报经采购经理审批。
·         Three quotations are requested for the price comparison.
寻求货比三家。
·         To supervise the daily receiving goods and check the receiving record, if finding the problem, alteration it immediately. Meanwhile pay more attention to goods quality according hotel standards.
监督检查每天到货情况,核对每日收货记录,发现问题要及时处理,同时注意货物是否达到酒店标准。
·         Follow up the Purchasing Requisition Form to keep a good communication with using department and report their feedback to Purchasing Manager.
 跟进每日PR单,与其它部门保持密切联络,了解他们的需要并及时反馈意见回采购部经理。
·         To be courteous and professional when contacting outside companies and suppliers and to maintain good working relationship with all colleagues throughout the Hotel.
 做到以礼相待酒店外的公司及供应商,对内要与同事关系相处融洽。
·         Performs other duties as required
按要求执行其它职责。
·         Is multi-tasked according to Hotel operation need.
应酒店运营要求成为多面手。
 
GUEST EXPERIENCE:
宾客体验
·         Interacts with guests and individuals outside the hotel including, but not limited to, current and potential clients, owning company representatives, suppliers, competitors and other members of the local community.
与酒店外的顾客和个人交往,包括但不限于:目前和可能的客户,业主公司代表,供应商,竞争对手和所在地社区成员。
 
RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS:

·         To be familiar with import procedures and documentations and approaches that may be
 required from Local Government.
  熟悉当地政府机关重要函件及法规。

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

·         Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

·         Able to read and write English

Qualifications –
学历
·         High School or Vocational Certificate in Accounting, Purchasing or related field.
具有高中或会计,采购或相关领域的职业证书。
 Experience –
经验
·         1 year related experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
一年相关的工作经验或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景
