DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES职责和任务
1.Enforce job descriptions for subordinates
within the department.

2.Adhere to bill paying procedures.

3.Conduct effective shift briefings ensuring all
staff are aware of VIPs, special occasions, daily specials; emphasis on
upselling certain products; etc.

4.Share recommendations and guest comments to
Chef and Manager to reflect current customer profile.

5.Ascertain guest’s satisfaction through
communication with guest

6.Keep close contact with existingcustomers and potential customers and partners.

7. Regularly review Restaurant Questionnaires.
Develop action plans to correct quality deficiencies and weaknesses whilst
maintaining strengths.

8.Develop and implement Promotions Calendar for
F&B products in restaurant.

9.Produce approved written action plans and/or
memos communicating any special events, promotions and major changes to the
operation and copy to all relevant departments within the Hotel.

10.Must maintain effective discipline over the
department, ensuring that all Departmental rules and regulations are adhered
to. And that all grooming and hygiene standards are maintained.

11.To maintain effective communication on the
activities of the department with the F&B Office and other areas of the
Hotel, in order to provide the best possible service to the guests.

12. Effectively recognize and master
sales.

13.Participate in sales activities on behalf of
the hotel.

14.Carefully plan meetings with customers,

management for scheduled customers, and achieve sales goals .

15.Prepare sales reports to ensurethe accuracy of market and customer information for follow-up.

16.Actively participate in and disseminate product
information to build the hotel's reputation.

17.Complete other tasks assigned

Job Specification 工作要求
1. College graduate, preferably in Hotel and Restaurant Manager or equivalent in experience
大学学历,相关酒店经理工作或相关经历。
2. At least 1-3 years’ Work experience in the same position.
至少1-3年同岗位工作经验。
3. Personable, with verbal facility and fine department
亲和力,说服力。
4. Personable and aggressive with good salesmanship
仪表端庄,进取心,销售能力强。
5. Service-oriented, keen attention to fine details
良好的服务能力,注重细节。
6. Understand the international market of business。

7. tourism and tourism, conference tourism and catering sales.

8. Good computer skills, at least proficient in using Office software, including Word, Excel, PPT and other popular publishing software.
