Ensures that all company minimum brand standards havebeen implemented, and that optional brand standards
2.协助确保凯悦温情服务及房务部经典20条的实行。
Assists in making sure that all Touches of Hyatt and the Rooms Top 20have been implemented.
3.根据顾客意见调查结果，确保所有改进措施贯彻执行。
Responds to the results of the Consumer Audit and ensures that therelevant changes are implemented.
4.以协助和灵活的态度与其他管理层员工密切合作，关注酒店的整体成功和客人的满意度。
Works closely with other employees in a supportive and flexible manner,focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
5.发扬“群策群力”的精神，确保洗衣房员工与其他部门在工作中相互支持、灵活变通。
Ensures that the Laundry employees work in a supportive and flexiblemanner with other departments, in a spirit of “We work through Teams”.
6.为所有运行设备、消耗品、盘点物品设立库存制度并严格执行。
Establishes and strictly adheres to the par stocks for all operatingequipments, supplies, inventoried items.
7.控制消耗品库存量并仔细操作设备。
Controls storage and careful usage of all operating equipment andsupplies.
8.协调维修保养事宜并填发维修保养单以确保洗衣房所有设备均得到适当的维护。
Coordinates all repairs and maintenance and issue repair and maintenancejob orders to ensure the proper maintenance of laundry equipment.
9.督导部门内的所有员工按照部门运营手册所列的规范和方法向客人提供服务。
Supervises the employees in the department ensuring that the correctstandards and methods of service are maintained as stated in the DepartmentOperations Manual.
10.在不影响时间、数量和服务质量的前提下，严格控制部门的运营预算，如：消耗品、工资等。
Ensures that the Department Operations Budget is strictly adhered to andthat all costs are strictly controlled e.g. Supplies, utility, payroll costwithout affecting time, quality and quantity.
11.确保所有员工与客人建立和谐的关系，处理所有来自客人关于洗衣和酒店服务的询问。
Ensures that all employees established a rapport with guests. Handle allguests and inquiries of laundry and hotel services.
12.争取通过专业的团队合作达到零投诉。
Aims to have zero complaints resulting from professional teamwork.
