With responsibility for daily, monthly and annual maintenance for Chillers and Boilers. Carry out normal circular inspection for Chillers, Boilers, Auxiliary Pumps, Valves, Cooling Towers, and make record on the form. 负责冷冻机及锅炉的日检，月检及年检的维修保养工作。定期巡回检查所管范围设施（如：冷水机组、锅炉、管道附件、阀门、冷却塔等）的完好状况并做好记录。
Assist The Pressure Container Inspection Department carry out annual test of the boilers and changing of the license. 协助压力容器检验局对酒店锅炉运营执照的年检工作。
Have to monitor every shift to carry out a draining of impurity when use of steam in low. The time of draining impurity will be controlled by the result of the analysis of water which was come from the boiler. 锅炉每班必须排污一次，但不得在用汽高峰时排污，排污量根据炉水分析决定。
Every shift should make the analysis of the water and make a record on the form. 交接班必须分析水状况并填表做好记录。
According to the arrangement of the Supervisor, control the running time of chiller and boiler to control the eclectic consumption. 根据空调锅炉组主管的安排，掌握和控制冷水机、空调的耗电量。
With responsibility for the maintenance of cooling tower and terminal units such as the fane coil units, air-condition device and so on. 负责冷却塔及终端单元如空调装置的维保工作。
With responsibility for controlling of soft water system. 负责控制软水处理系统。
Keeping chiller and boiler room clean. 负责空调、锅炉机房的清洁卫生。
To keep unauthorized person away from the chiller and boiler room. 禁止闲杂人员进入空调、锅炉机房内。
Responsible for checking the equipment of Mechanical & Plumbing is normal in the night shift.夜班负责检查机管组的设备是否正常。
Afternoon shift and night shift on duty, responsible for the inspection of the office tower related room in the weekend (Saturday and Sunday).中班和夜班的值班人员，需要在周六周日两天负责办公楼相关机房的巡查。
Keep the safety of the Air-con system including chillers, cooling system, cooling towers and circulation pumps, chilled water circular pumps, warm-air system, air-exhaust, fresh-air, fan coil units, water-heating exchanger, piping , all kinds of valves and accessory on piping. 确保空调系统（冷水机组及冷却水、冷却塔、冷冻水系统、采暖系统、各种供、排风管道、各区域风柜、盘管风机、相关的水泵、管道、阀门、管件、冷、热水交换等）设备的安全运行。
Keeps safety of Boiler system including steam boiler, hot-water boilers, pressure-container, steam distributor, hot-water distributor, hot-water exchange 、steam-pipe, steam valves and accessory on hot-pipes. 确保锅炉系统（锅炉机组、相关受压容器、分汽缸、分水器、热水交换器、蒸汽管道阀门、热管管件等）设备的安全运行。
To keep a daily log.做好工作日志。
