General Responsibilities

Ø The position is based in Aperior bar , supporting the F&B operations.

Ø The Senior waiter needs to be resourceful and flexible, providing skilled food and beverage service to guests.

Ø Good understanding of western premium dining etiquette, with solid understanding of wines and spirits.
了解西方高级餐饮礼仪，对葡萄酒和烈酒有扎实的了解，有CMS/WSET/SOMM100证书者优先。
Ø Are expected to develop superior capabilities to service VIP events, dining and drinks activities.

Ø Be flexible to support the company in it’s operations, which may include short-term cross-training opportunities in shenzhen CAFE.
