Job Purpose 职位描述
The overall scope of the position is to maintain the hotel website, actively update content, in accordance with the Pullman Corporate manuals and policies. The selected candidate will take care of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), manage online marketing activities for your hotel through development and monitor the representation of the hotel in social media.

Primary Responsibilities 主要职责
· Ensure website content is always up to date in all languages available, updated according to the CMS corporate guidelines.

· Liaise with the corporate office for any website enhancements.
与集团办公室保持密切联系,以便及时更新网站信息。
· Ensure all efficient use of keywords in website content.
确保所有网络内容上的关键词的有效使用。
· Review the ranking of the hotel website on search engines, and update the hotel website with relevant search terms and adequate keyword frequency to ensure that the hotel website gets the best possible page rank.
回顾酒店网站在搜索引擎的排名,用相关搜索项和足够的关键词更新网站以使其获得最佳页面排名机会。
· Develop and implement eMarketing initiatives for the hotel key feeder markets to increase the number of qualified visitors to the hotel website thus increasing revenues and conversion.

· Identify and develop joint e-commerce initiatives with qualified local, regional and/or national partners/sites.

· Establish and implement the hotel’s annual advertising plan for electronic channels assist on matters related to creative and media planning for PPC.

Knowledge and Experience 知识和经验
· Have more than five years work experiences in hotel and more than three years work experiences of MARCOM
具有五年以上酒店工作经验,并有三年以上市场传讯工作经历
· Have a whole knowledge and master the facility, service project character, hotel operation guideline and sales strategy
全面了解并掌握酒店的设施设备、各种服务项目、产品特点、酒店经营方针及销售策略等
· Have a good knowledge of news, advertisement, advertising and other professional knowledge, know well about the marketing, and expanding operation, know about the situation of travel area and hotel management knowledge, master the public relation, psychology and physical science and other basic knowledge
掌握新闻、广告、宣传等专业知识,熟悉营销和推广业务,了解旅游业现状及酒店管理知识,掌握公共关系学、心理学、行为科学等基础知识
· Know well the policy, laws, regulation of government
了解政府有关政策、法律和条款规定
· Use foreign language conversation with the foreign customers, and have the ability to read and translate foreign language professional data, possessing strong foreign conversation and write skills
通用外语与外宾进行熟练会话,并能阅读和翻译一门外文有关专业资料,具有较强的外语会话和写作能力
· Possess extensive social activity and strong organizing abilities.
具有广泛的社交活动能力和较强的组织协调能力
· Possess good PR visualize
