1.Ensure through effective supervision that all services offered at the Spa and Recreation are carried out with utmost professionalism, efficiency and courtesy.

2.Oversee, supervise and monitor all facets of daily operations.

3.Ensure that expenses are in line or below with Department's Operational Budget and that costs are strictly controlled.

4.Interview, hire, train, supervise and evaluate all supervisors and associate of respective division.

5.Ensure all guests and visitors to Spa leave with a pleasant experience.

PERSONAL SPECIFICATION 职位要求
1.Respond actively and quickly to changes in the Spa operations as dictates by the industry or hotel.

2.Undertake any other assignments and duties as may be required.

3.Is fully conversant with all health and safety, fire and emergency procedures.
