•ASSIGN RESPONSIBILITIES TO HOUSEKEEPING HOSTS, IMPLEMENTING MULTI-TASKING PRINCIPLE AND CHECK THEIR PERFORMANCE ON A REGULAR BASIS.
对客房主理分配任务,实施“一职多能”原则,并定期检查其绩效。
•ENTER GUEST ROOMS BY FOLLOWING THE PROCEDURES FOR ACCESS AUTHORIZATION AND ENSURING VACANCY BEFORE ENTERING OR BE ALLOWED BY THE GUEST.
按照正常程序敲门,并在确认客房是空房或住客房在征得客人同意的情况下进入房间。
•INSPECT ROOMS, AND COMPLETE REPORTS WITH VERIFIED STATUS; UPDATE CLEAN SUIT/ ROOMS TO THEAUTOMATED PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.
检查房间,完整房间检查报告;将确认干净的套房/房间更新到自动化房间管理系统。
•ENSURE THAT ALL HOUSEKEEPING REQUESTS ARE CHECKED AND ENSURE FOLLOW-UP ACTIONS ARE CONDUCTED.
确保所有客房部管理制度得到检查并确保被遵循。
•ENSURE THAT ALL DAILY SPECIAL GUEST ROOMS, SPECIAL REQUEST ROOMS, LONG STAY GUEST ROOM FOR ARRIVALS ARE CHECKED AND IN LINE WITH THE STANDARD SET-UP BY THE HOTEL.
确保所有每日将要抵达的特别客人房间,特殊要求的客房,长住客房间进行检查,确保所有细节达到酒店的标准。
•ENSURE THAT NO DEFECT OR DIRTY ROOM ARE SOLD TO GUEST.

•ENSURE THAT THE WORK PLACE IS KEPT CLEAN AND ORGANIZED, BOTH AT THE FRONT AS WELL AS THE BACK OF HOUSE, PUBLIC AREAS, LOADING DOCK AND ALL GUESTROOMS.

•CONDUCT FREQUENT AND THOROUGH INSPECTIONS TOGETHER WITH THE ASSISTANT MANAGER IN HOUSEKEEPING DEPARTMENT RELATED TO STANDARD AND CLEANLINESS OF THE HOTEL.
与客房部副经理一起定期按酒店清洁标准进行检查。
•CONSTANTLY TRAIN THE HOUSEKEEPING HOSTS ON HOTEL STANDARDS.
根据酒店标准持续地对客房主理进行培训。
•MONITOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE “PERFECT ROOM” PROGRAM.
监督“完美房间”计划的实施。
•SUPPORT THE EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER IN IMPLEMENTING THE SERVICE AND ROOMS STANDARDS IN ALL WORK AREAS. SUPERVISE AN EFFECTIVE PREVENTIVE CLEANING SCHEDULE OF CARPETS AND CURTAINS, MATTRESS TURNING ETC.
支持行政管家在所有工作区域实施服务和房间标准。监督地毯和窗帘的有效预防清洁计划,翻转床垫等。
•COMMUNICATE AND COORDINATE WITH ENGINEERING/ PROPERTY OPERATIONS THE REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE PROGRAM AS RELATED TO GUEST ROOMS AND PUBLIC AREAS.
与工程/物业保持沟通协调客房和公共场所相关的维修和维修计划。
•ESTABLISH AND STRICTLY ADHERE TO THE PAR STOCKS FOR ALL OPERATING EQUIPMENT, SUPPLIES, INVENTORIED ITEMS, AND TO ENSURE THAT ALL AREAS ARE ADEQUATELY EQUIPPED.

•ASSIST IN CONDUCTING MONTHLY INVENTORY CHECKS ON ALL OPERATING EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES.

•CONTROL THE REQUISITIONING, STORAGE AND CAREFUL USE OF ALL OPERATING EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES.

•HAVE A THOROUGH UNDERSTANDING AND KNOWLEDGE OF ALL HOUSEKEEPING RELATED SERVICE AND PRODUCTS.
对所有客房部的服务和产品有全面理解和认知。
•CONDUCT DAILY PRE-SHIFT BRIEFINGS ON ROOM OCCUPANCY, ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES, FUNCTION / EVENTS OF THE DAY AND SPECIAL ATTENTION THAT IS NEEDED.
每天召开班前会传达房间入住情况,到达和离店信息,当天的会议/宴会以及需要特别注意的事项。
•CONDUCT INSPECTIONS OF GUEST ROOMS AND PROVIDE FEEDBACK TO HOUSEKEEPING HOSTS.
对客房进行检查,并向客房主理提供反馈意见。
•ASSIST EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER WITH ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES, INCLUDING STAFF MANAGEMENT AND OPERATING EXPENSES.
协助行政管家从事行政方面工作,包括人员管理和运营费用。
•DIRECTS THE WORK ASSIGNMENTS OF THE ASSIGNED AREA TO HSKP ATTENDANTS AND OTHER NON-SUPERVISORY PERSONNEL.
将工作区域内的工作合理分配给客房服务员和其他服务人员。
•IDENTIFIES TRAINING NEEDS AND ENSURES DEPARTMENTAL TRAINING PLANS ARE SUCCESSFULLY IMPLEMENTED.
确认培训是必需的,并保证部门的培训计划顺利完成。
•PROVIDES SUPPORT TO FRONT LINE PERSONNEL, SO THEY CAN DELIVER THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF OUTSTANDING GUEST SERVICE POSSIBLE.
对一线服务人员予以支持,使他们提供给顾客最好的服务 。
•ASSISTS IN PERSONNEL MATTERS SUCH AS EVALUATING AND COUNSELING.
在人事上给予客房主理帮助、像自我评定,并进行个别辅导 。
•TO ENSURE GOOD INTERDEPARTMENTAL COMMUNICATION, NETWORK AND TEAMWORK.
保持与其他部门良好的沟通 、交流和团队合作精神 。
•TO ATTEND DAILY COMMUNICATION MEETINGS AND WEEKLY HOUSEKEEPING MEETINGS.
参加每天的会议和每星期的客房部会议。
•TO ACT AND FOLLOW UP ON ALL DECISIONS, DEPARTMENTAL MEETINGS, PROGRAMS AND SCHEDULES DECIDED BY THE EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER .
执行政管家所作的有关计划等决议 。
•ENSURES THAT HOUSEKEEPING PERSONNEL ARE FAMILIAR WITH IN-HOUSE FACILITIES FOR THE PURPOSE OF ASSISTING GUESTS.
保证客房部人员熟悉房间内的设施,以便给客人提供更好的帮助 。
•MAINTAINS OPEN CHANNELS OF COMMUNICATION WITH THE ASSISTANT HOUSEKEEPER ON ALL MATTERS AFFECTING THE HOUSEKEEPING, FRONT OFFICE, ENGINEERING AND LAUNDRY DEPARTMENT.
对所有关于客房部、前厅、工程部 、洗衣房的事情,与客房部副经理保持联系。
•CONDUCTS REGULAR MEETINGS WITHIN ASSIGNED AREA.
在工作区域内主持日常会议 。
