招聘人数:6人
• Attends to repairs and maintenance of all systems and related equipment including heating, ventilation and air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment

• Responsible for operation and maintenance of cool rooms including compressors, dryers, evaporators, condensers and associated equipment.

• Responsible for operation, repairs and maintenance of all fridge units, ice machines, air dryers, refrigerated air conditioning and the refrigerated system of the dry cleaning machine.

• Perform daily log readings of cold rooms and refrigerators ensuring proper operation of equipment.

• Perform general and emergency repairs and maintenance to all plant and equipment based on skill and experience level.

• Carry out regular inspections of plant and equipment as per the daily checklist and ensure that inspections required by Government authorities are conducted and documented.

• Carry out general room repairs, preventative maintenance inspections and repairs as per computerized system.

• Perform and assist with the Fire Protection Preventative Maintenance Program ensuring all items are inspected as per weekly schedule.

• Review daily log book, rectify or follow up on all items left unsolved from any previous shifts in relation to refrigeration systems.

• Ensure Fire and Engineering safety features operate at peak efficiency.
确保消防和工程安全功能在最高效率运行。
• Ensure proper records are kept relating to all plant and equipment for the hotel.

• Monitor energy and water management systems to minimize wastage and costs using daily / weekly utility readings as a reference point.
监测能源和水的管理系统,以减少浪费和成本,使用每日/每周的公用事业读数作为参考点。
• Ensure that refrigeration workshops have adequate stock and materials in Stores and that all workshops are kept in a clean and safe environment.

• Participates as a pro-active team member in the Hotel’s Energy conservation program by making appropriate recommendations to facility supervisors on energy conservation improvements.

• Ensure water treatment systems pertaining to the HVAC system are operating and maintained

• Follow state and local building codes when performing the duties and maintaining or repairing mechanical equipment.

• Prepare and assist in rebuilding, with work performed by outside firms under major repairs and maintenance throughout the hotel.

• Complete daily, weekly and monthly checklists.

• Respond to emergency maintenance requests.

• Order supplies and parts as needed.

• Work closely with Housekeeping and Front Office department to ensure that rooms are unblocked after maintenance issue has been resolved.

• Participate in the service failure / consignment schedule (evening and weekend call reliability).
参与服务故障/寄售计划(晚上和周末电话可靠性)。
• Monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage.

• Handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests.
以礼貌和有效的方式处理客人的询问,如果不能立即找到解决办法,将客人的投诉或问题汇报给主管,并确保跟进客人的情况。
