客房主管/领班Housekeeping Supervisor/Captain

1. Supervises
and manages all subordinate Villa Attendants to ensure
that all day to day operational matters are handled on time and guest
expectations are met.
监督和管理所有下属的服务员，确保每天的运营事宜得到及时处理和满足客人需求。
2.Assigns villas for cleaning as per
schedules and monitors the cleaning process.
按要求安排清洁和监管清洁程序。
3.Ensures that vacant rooms are cleaned on
time, checks them on completion of cleaning and reports back to housekeeping
once complete.
确保空房及时清洁，检查清洁完成情况，完成时及时报告给办公室。
4.Reports engineering failures and
breakdowns and follows up on repair schedules.
报告工程缺陷，跟进维修的进度。
5.Oversees the cleanliness and maintenance
of housekeeping pantries ensuring par stocks are properly in order.
监督客房部工作间的干净和维护，确保物品摆放有序。
6.Oversees the issuing, controlling and
application of housekeeping cleaning chemicals.
监管客房部清洁用品的发放，控制和使用。
7.To attend to any ad hoc guest requests
ensuring that they are is properly attended to.
关注客人的任何需求，并确保得到合理关注。
8.To oversee the turndown process ensuring
specially requested times are adhered to.
监管开夜床的过程，确保特殊要求得到及时满足。
岗位要求
1.Diploma or Degree preferably in
hospitality or related field.
酒店管理或相关专业的本科或专科学历。
2. More than 2 years working experience in
the same position is preferred.
2年以上同岗位工作经验者优先考虑。
3. familiar with the hotel's customer
service requirements.
熟悉掌握酒店对客服务的要求。
4. professional and responsible, civilized
