当客人向我们表达不满情绪时及时担负责任，并践行《服务补救》中的E-LEAP服务文化原则
3.Personal grooming, hygiene and courtesy are in line with hotel and brand standards
个人仪容仪表、卫生及礼貌礼节符合酒店和品牌标准
4.Strictly adhere to service processes and brand standards, and convey the essence of the brand to our guests to improve guest experience and brand perception
严格遵守服务流程和品牌标准，向我们的客人传递品牌精髓的信息以提高客人体验感和品牌感知度
5.Carries out guestroom servicing/ maintenance works according to the established schedule and high quality of finishing work.
按照制定的计划时间表开展客房服务和维护保养工作并高质量的完成工作。
6.Operates assigned machines/ equipment or “Primary Plant” as to provide continuous and consistent utilities required for operations.
操作指派的机械设备或者主机房，确保按照营业要求持续不断的有效运作。
7.Handles the verification, storage and utilization of all fuel deliveries to the premises as per the established Policies & Procedures.
依照政策程序，处理所有燃料的运送，确认，储存和使用。
8.Maintains trolley with proper tools and materials to complete duties.
运用适当正确的工具和物料完成工作。.
9.Reports immediately to Team Leader any difficulties in completing jobs.
立即报告领班工作中遇到的困难。
10.Maintains and ensures all tool and equipment are in good order at all times.
确保所有的工具和设备一直处于正常而有序的状态。
11.Maintains the cleanliness and high housekeeping standards in all works areas.
保持所有工作区域的清洁卫生，并且高于客房标准。
12.Carries out special projects as assigned.
落实已分配的特殊工程项目。
13.Carries out and completes all maintenance requests on time and pays particular attention to guest related jobs.

14.Maintains the Engineering store and keeps close control on consumption of material and inventory.
保证工程部储藏室的物资存货充足，并严格控制消耗量。
15.Submits request to the Team Leader/ Duty Engineer for the purchases of parts and consumables.
向主管/值班工程师提交零件和耗用品的采购清单。
16.Assists in monitoring and controlling all utility consumption ensuring optimum energy usage by all departments of hotel.
协助控制所有有效消耗，确保酒店所有部门能源的合理利用。
17.Assists in monitoring energy efficiency of all equipment; makes recommendations and advises for energy saving to reduce wastage.
协助监控所有设备效能，为节能减少消耗出谋划策。
18.Keeps manuals and spare parts list of all operational equipment in library.
将所有运行设备的操作手册和备用零件的清单保存于库房。
19.Strictly adheres to all safety regulations at all times.
随时随地严格遵守所有的安全规则。
20.Provides Engineering assistance for all special request from other operation departments as per approved function request sheets.
根据通过的功能请求表，协助处理其它部门的特殊要求。
21.Strictly adheres to the cleanliness of all work area, protecting the surroundings when executing jobs.
严格遵循所有工作区域的清洁程序，在工作中注意保护周围环境。
22.Reports any abnormal conditions noticed at any time in line with safety related equipment or installation to Team Leader/ Engineer.
一旦发现设备或安装工作出现与安全有关的反常现象，立刻报告主管和工程师。
23.Returns and keeps all tools and equipment in designated cabinet or store after use.
将所有的用完的工具归还到工具箱或仓库。

26.Strictly implement food hygiene and safety to ensure that relevant operations comply with the standards and requirements of the local government and DMH (applicable to F&B department and other food-related departments)
严格执行食品卫生安全，确保相关操作符合当地政府及钓美集团的标准和要求（适用于餐饮部及其他与食品相关的部门）
27.Strictly implement the hygiene and cleaning standards of DMH to ensure that the relevant operations meet the standards and requirements of the local government and DMH. (Applicable to Rooms and Food & Beverage)
严格执行钓美集团卫生清洁标准，确保相关操作符合当地政府及钓美集团的标准和要求。（适用于房务部、餐饮部）
28.Comply with workplace health and safety regulations, policies and procedures and ensure that safe operating practices are familiar with any equipment prior to operation
遵守工作区健康和安全法规、政策和程序，操作任何设备前确保熟知安全操作规范。
29.Take action to eliminate hazards and report hazards to superiors or managers; Adhere to hotel safety systems, emergency handling regulations and procedures
采取行动排除危险，向上级或经理报告危险隐患；坚持酒店安全制度、紧急情况处理规定和程序；
30.Familiar with property safety, emergency rescue and fire and other handling procedures; Keep safety logs and accident records as required by the hotel

Skill of pipe work installation
有管道安装技术
Min. 1 years in building maintenance trades or interior renovation.
至少1年建筑维修经验或内部装修经验。
