2.Solve the guest complaints with service culture E-Leap within Service Recovery Training
当客人向我们表达不满情绪时及时担负责任,并践行《服务补救》中的E-LEAP服务文化原则
3.Personal grooming, hygiene and courtesy are in line with hotel and brand standards
个人仪容仪表、卫生及礼貌礼节符合酒店和品牌标准
4.Strictly adhere to service processes and brand standards, and convey the essence of the brand to our guests to improve guest experience and brand perception
严格遵守服务流程和品牌标准,向我们的客人传递品牌精髓的信息以提高客人体验感和品牌感知度
5.Report to shift on time in issued uniform in a clean, neat and tidy appearance at all times.
准时上班,上班时穿着干净,整洁的制服
6.Dry clean all guests' and staffs uniform.
按照酒店的标准督导干洗客人衣物和员工制服
7.Host daily laundry meetings and arrange daily work assignments.
主持每日洗衣房例会,安排每日工作分配
8.Unique daily production schedule and quality of work.
独到每日生产进度和工作质量
9.For the work of the problem in a timely manner to solve, and timely report, make detailed records.
对于工作中出现的问题及时解决,并及时上报,做详细记录
10.Strictly follow the standard process to control the cost of washing and energy cost.
严格遵照标准流程操作,控制洗涤成本和能源成本
11.Monthly procurement plan based on actual consumption to ensure adequate inventory.
每月根据实际消耗制定采购计划,保证库存充足
12.Conduct monthly inventory of materials and summarize and report.
每月进行物资盘点,并且汇总上报
13.Caring for the activities of employees' minds and talking with them regularly.
关爱员工思想活动,定期与员工谈话
14.Report any malfunctioning of equipment and check that it is cleaned thoroughly.
报告设备故障,并彻底对设备进行清洁,并且及时上报故障
15.Coordinate with other sections to ensure good work flow
与其他部门协调以确保每个单位工作可以顺利进行
16.Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the department head from time to time.

任职资格:
Good health

Speak Chinese and preferably able to speak simple English

College degree or above 大专及以上学历
Working experience in full-service high-star chain brand hotel at least
有全服务型高星级连锁品牌酒店工作经验
