3.Personal grooming, hygiene and courtesy are in line with hotel and brand standards
个人仪容仪表、卫生及礼貌礼节符合酒店和品牌标准
4.Strictly adhere to service processes and brand standards, and convey the essence of the brand to our guests to improve guest experience and brand perception
严格遵守服务流程和品牌标准,向我们的客人传递品牌精髓的信息以提高客人体验感和品牌感知度
5.Report to shift on time in issued uniform in a clean, neat and tidy appearance at all times.

6.Prepare public area cleaner daily work assignment.
为公共区域清洁员工,准备及分配每天的工作。
7.Supervision of the public area cleaners while they perform their duties according to the set schedule. These schedules must be updated according to business volume.

8.Provide on-the-job training and identify training needs.

9.Brief all public area cleaner of all information and new changes from the daily Housekeeping briefing.

10.Evaluate public area cleaner’s performance as required.
按照酒店要求,评估公共区域清洁员工的表现
11.Counsel, disciplined staffs on misbehaves, poor conduct ensuring proper follow up action is taken, and staffs are reviews accordingly.
对言行不检点或违规则的员工进行教导和训练,确保履行适当的跟进工作
12.Responsible for the cleanliness of the pantry, keeping it clean, tidy and hygienic at all times.
负责准备间的清洁,随时保持它的清洁,整齐和卫生
13.Ensure washroom cleanliness, hygiene and supplies such as soap, towels and toilet paper are properly replenished by staff according to the hotel standard.

14.Conduct monthly machinery inventory to ensure all equipments are in good condition and working order.

18.Monthly submit supplies inventory form to Assistant Housekeeper for requisition purpose.

19.Assist with general inventories.

20.Assist and be involved in controlling departmental cost including labour, departmental operating expense, yet ensuring service rendered to guests are of the highest standard.

21.Inform PA manager of any unusual events as soon as possible.
有任何不正常的事件发生,要立即通知PA经理
22.Read and initial supervisors log book daily. Enter any special requests or messages for follow up by the next shift.
每天阅读主管值班日记,记录需要下个班次跟进的工作
23.Follow up on all guest requests and provide prompt service with minimum delay during mid night.
在午夜,跟进所有客人的要求,不可延误
24.Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the department head from time to time.

任职资格:

Oral and written fluency in Chinese.
拥有流利中文读写水平
Basic understanding of English.

College degree or above 大专及以上学历
Minimum 4 years experience in housekeeping department or 2 years in supervisory levels.
至少拥有4年以上客房部工作经验或两年主管等级的工作经验
