Implements effective and efficient recruitment and selection proceduresEnsure all hiring are covered by properly authorized documents and follows established procedures in handling both local and expatriate.Develop and maintain all recruitment channels, promote hotel by new social channels.Maintain and explore new Campus resources and ensure internship recruitment needs.Other tasks that assigned by supervisor.
