You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt Hotels Corporation's Corporate Strategic Priorities, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.

Familiar with and have a considerable understanding of restaurant menus and wine lists.
促销饮品以提高营业收入。
Promote beverages to increase revenue.
确保根据要求和运作需要做好餐前准备工作。
Ensure that pre meal preparation is done according to requirements and operational needs.
清洁并重新摆设餐台和餐桌。
Clean and rearrange the dining table and dining table.

Prepare and serve cocktails according to requirements.
在酒水推广活动期间，根据活动主题装饰餐厅。
Decorate the restaurant according to the theme of the beverage promotion event.
