ADOE is responsible for selling the total hotel room, catering andfood and beverage and should always keep focused on motivating the sales team,train sales personal, both tour and travel and corporate, and achieve goals andobjectives through sales solicitation and overall co-ordination.

· Administering the tasks whichallotted by DOSM.

· Report to DOSM about the task;take part in banquet sales campaign, assisting to keep the high sales level.
向市场销售总监报告工作,参与各种宴会销售活动,协助保持高销售水平。
Financial and Revenue Responsibilities

· Complete sector allocation toa personal sales target.

· Give a pre-post training fornew talent, and have the obligation to help them to do their job skillfully.

· Making the training plan for talent, andimplement thoroughly.
制定人才培训计划,并贯彻实施。
· Ensure wherever possible thattalents are provided with a work place free of discrimination, harassment andvictimization.

· Treat complaints of harassmentand discrimination promptly and confidentially.

· Banquet Sales Executive doesPR activities through daily sales calls, entertainment, hotel site inspection& sales trip to increase hotel publicity and visibility and enhancerelationship with clients.
为增强酒店的公关形象和知名度以及提高和顾客的关系,宴会销售主任要做每日销售拜访、宴请、酒店参观和销售出差。
General Duties

· Obey the allotted work, showthe work ability well, do the excellent performance.

· Sale and expand the facilitiesof hotel sincerely and effectively.
诚恳、有效地销售和推广酒店设施。
· Doing negotiation with thebusiness team and travel team about operations well. Promote the guest bedroompositively. Expand the customer’s source, on the premise that to meet thehighest interest of hotel. Sign the sales contract, and ensure sales plan wouldbe finished.
做好与商务团体、旅行团体等进行业务洽谈,积极推销宴会餐饮消费,开拓客源,在满足酒店最高利益的前提下,签订销售合同,并确保销售计划的完成。
· Deal with the letters andtelephones about the meal and banquet booking or meeting of major clients,welcome their visiting. Keep and develop the business relationship well.
处理主要客户订餐、订宴会或会议的函电,接待他们的来访,与他们保持和发展良好的业务关系。
· Do communication andcoordination job well with all department, check and implement about thecontract administration and the arrangement of the important banquet ormeeting, ensure achieve the sales promise.
与所有部门搞好沟通和协调工作,检查落实合同执行情况以及较重点宴会或会议的安排,确保实现销售时的承诺。
· Administering every task onthe banquet meeting list, according to the agreement which signed with theclient.
宴会会议通知单上每项工作要根据与客户签订的协议执行,并注意店内安排合理与正确。
· Set up each businessnegotiation profile. And set up the individual profile of food and drinkfrequent guest.
建立各种业务会谈的档案。详细建立餐饮常客的个人档案。
· If the job needs, on behalf ofhotel attend the lunch and cocktail party, introduce the hotel to guests.
如工作需要,代表酒店出席会议、展览会、研讨会和庆典活动。
· Set up and keep the recordabout the related data of customer and sale.
建立和保持客户销售及其它有关数据的记录。
· Protect the benefit of hotel;obey sales and activity rules of hotel strictly.
维护酒店的利益,严格遵守酒店的销售和活动规程。
· Giving big encouragement forbanquet sales team.
激励宴会销售队伍的士气。
· Doing the sales visiting,visit individual of Business Company, travel agency and government usually. Setup cooperation relationship and business contact in future.
进行销售拜访,经常对商务公司、旅行社、政府客户进行个人拜访,建立良好的合作关系和将来业务的联系。
· Give a polite compliment tohonored guest of hotel, know whether they satisfy the service of hotel, whetherneed some assistance to solve problem.
礼貌问候酒店的宴会消费贵宾,了解是否满意酒店的服务,是否有需要协助解决。
· Train the new talent or thenew trainee of Banquet Dept. about the business activity.
对宴会销售部新人才或培训学员进行业务熟悉培训。

· Establish strong cooperativeand business partner relationship with the local client through communications.
通过与客户的沟通,并与本地客户建立牢固的合作和商业伙伴关系。
· Assist DOSM to developmarketing plan and budget.
协助市场销售总监开发并制作销售计划,并准备预算。
· Manage Event department tocarry out the daily task effectively. Coordinate every department in order toprovide high standard service to clients.
管理宴会销售部,确保顺畅运作,及时有效的完成每日工作任务。协调部门之间工作,确保为客人提供高水准服务。
· Make catering and banquetsales plan with DOSM and Director of F&B.
与市场销售部总监和餐饮总监共同制定餐饮宴会销售计划。
· Assist hotel to develop andpromote new product and service
协助酒店新产品及服务的开发和推广。
· Assist hotel to make marketstrategies.
协助酒店市场战略的制订。
· Consider external economicenvironment when making plans.
做计划时考虑外界经济情况。
· Manage financial and budgetreport as well as making pricing strategies.
管理财务报告,财务分析预算,制定部门的定价策略。
· Ensure to achieve businessgoals through making revenue and expense balance.
确保按照收入和开支预算实现经营目标。
· Negotiate with client tosatisfy consumer’s need as well as achieve profit of the hotel.
与客户谈判,确保满足客人的需要,同时又能够实现饭店的利润。
