Responsibilities:
• According to China sale strategies, making area business development plans and ensuring business targets are met in accordance.
根据全国销售策略下达的销售任务KPI和目标,执行和完成;
• Build and maintain good relationships with corporate customers
负责区域的客户维护和发展计划,发掘客户方合作机会;
• Drive the company's promotional activities and new product launch plans and ensure their effective implementation in the region.
针对市场制定区域客户的营销方案推动并跟踪落地,定期提供周报及分析;
• Develop potential clients and meet business targets
开发潜在客户和商业目标
• Keeping an eye on market dynamics, collecting and tracking information on competing products.
在竞争产品上保持市场动态、收集和跟踪信息。
• To improve sales performance and team output through the effective use of sales systems, sales tools, and sales operations methods.
通过销售系统、销售工具和销售操作方法的有效使用来提高销售业绩和团队产出。
• University degree or above
本科以上学历•
Minimum 3 years working experience, give priority to people who have experiences in sales in Hotel background and FMCG industry.
三年以上工作经历,有酒店行业及快速消费品行业销售经验者优先考虑。
• Proactive, with excellent english communication skills and interpersonal influence.
积极向上,具有良好的英语沟通能力和人际影响力。
• Strong resistance to pressure, strong teamwork
具备较强的客户洽谈沟通能力,抗压能力强。
