工程主管 Engineering Supervisor

【职位描述】
1. Attends preventive maintenance
预防性维修
2.Plumber on duty should check equipment and make record of equipment running.
当班机管设备运行工要按规定时间、顺序路线、巡查管辖的设备，并如实做好运行记录及到各点签到。
3.Attends to all types of repair and maintenance work in the Hotel premises including any new additions / extensions to the Hotel or any other properties maintained by the Hotel.
处理酒店范围内的各类维修和保养工作，包括酒店的新增和延伸设施或由酒店提供维修保养的任何其他物业。按工作程序，保证维修单、工作指令单上规定的工作尽快地完成。
4.Expect daily repairing work, to ensure that all preventive work are well done according to schedule and instructions.
除每天维修和运行工作外，应按规定的设备保养项目表项目及内容，不得随意改动，不准弄虚作假、偷工减料，按质按量完成设备保养计划。
5. Furniture, wooden fixed - facilities repair and maintenance work in the hotel premises.
酒店各区域的家具、木制固定设施的维修、维护。天花、玻璃、镜具、标志牌的维护保养。各种沙发、椅子、柜台、墙面包布的维修和更换。
6. Maintain all the paint work in the hotel.
维修保养酒店所有的油漆工作。机电设备及其水管、蒸气管、通风管的油漆。家具油漆 (含新制家具）及装修板面的油漆。各种砌筑工程、地面贴面修补、墙面刷白、天花批灰、刷白、屋面墙面补漏。
7. Write down the daily working on Log Book
每天须将日常的各项工作详细记录在值班簿。
8. Keep clean of the working area.
保持设备及工作地区的洁净。
9. Staff cannot leave the working post without Chief Engineer’s approval.
工作时间没有工程总监允许，不得擅自离开岗位和大厦。
10.Give good suggesting on work anytime.
随时出有益、有建设性的意见。
【任职要求】
1. More than 1 year of the same position experience.
具有1年以上同岗位工作经验。
2. Wooden, Electrical and mechanic relevant knowledge.
具备木工、电工、机械等工程方面相关知识。
3. Good professional habits. Integrity.
具有良好的工作习惯、较高的职业素养与道德。
