【职位描述】
1.Gives prompt, efficient and courteous services to guests,members, and visitors.
为客人、会员和参观者提供及时有效率和礼貌的服务
2.When possible, quickly acts on complaints of guests timely relays all other complaints to Supervisor or manager.
如果可能,及时,迅速的处理客户的投诉,并向主管和经理反应
3.Reports repair and maintenance problems timely to Health Club Supervisor.
及时地向健身中心主管报告修理和保养问题。
4.Familiarizes self with facilities, activities,equipment, services and other pertinent information in order to provide guest with accurate information.
为了更好的为客人提供精确的信息,要熟悉自己服务的设备,活动和装备以及相关的服务信息。
5.Ensures facilities and equipment are clean, orderly and well maintained.
保证设备和装备的整洁、整齐、有序。
6.Conducts activities and services for guests, members and registered children while giving properly.
为客人、会员和登记进入的儿童给予适当的安全指示。遵守饭店的规章制度和程序.
7.Assist and help any members or a guest that requires any assistance in the pool or in the pool area that requires any services or requests
在游泳池区域或游泳池附近区域向客人提供必要的帮助.
8.Ensure the hygiene and cleanliness of the swimming pool is up to standard.
确保泳池区域的清洁卫生需达到标准。
9.Ensure the swimming pool is safe and all customers are well look after

10.Report to your immediate supervisor or manager regarding any issues

11.Verify and check all daily operating checklists and operating forms.

12.Handle all members or guest who breaks our rules and regulations of the club or Membership
处理客人或会员违反规定的事宜。
13.Lead by example: Provide a gracious and proactive hospitality towards all customers.
