【职位描述】
1. The Safety and Security Manager shall be responsible in all matters pertaining to the providing administering and maintaining of adequate and effective security, develop and maintain a pro-active loss prevention program designed to ensure a safe and secure environment for hotel guests and associates.

2. The Safety & Security Manager will be required to conduct their duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the hotel’s policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained.

3. To Review all security measures, procedures, equipments and methods at least every three months for protective and preventive purposes well as to maintain efficiently tight security control.

4. Watch for suspicious persons entering, exiting, or loitering around building.

5. Conduct walk through observations of entire hotel.

6. Promote safe work practices. Ensure compliance with Hilton standards and preventative measures.

7. Liaise with police and local authorities on matters of vice, gambling, drugs, abuse, theft, robbery, death, etc., and other special security measures and requirements needed for special events.
和当地公安,执法机构配合,共同应对赌博,毒品,欺诈,偷窃,抢劫,凶杀等危害安全的行为。并共同为酒店举行的特殊会议提供安全保障。
8. Advises management on measure to be taken against frauds, cheating and delinquent cases, etc.

9. Attend Safety & Security Committee meetings and enforce safety programs.

10. Develop, revise, and advise key personnel of emergency procedures.

11. Personally handles and investigates all serious cases of accidents, fire, theft, etc., including all correspondence relating to those losses and accidents.

12. Handles all cases relating to unruly behavior by guests and Associates as well as providing adequate services for crowd and traffic control.

13. Coordinate and monitor for efficiency safety and security related programs for overall hotel, including lost and found process, auditing of issuance of hotel keys, chemical, CPR, and Fire Preparedness training, Manager on Duty schedules, evacuation drills, etc.

14. Assumes all responsibilities for all aspects of fire drills within the hotel including the training of staffs.

15. Ensure that maximum security protection is given to the life and person of the hotel’s guests.

16. Ensure all guests are being treated in an efficient and courteous manner that all Hilton standards are being applied.

17. Assist guest at hotel public areas whenever require.

18. Resolve customer complaints as appropriate to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality.

19. Report on a regular basis to the DO.

20. Provide support of a specialist nature to the Executive Committee.

21. Ensure that maximum security protection is given to the life and person of the associates

22. Give direction and be responsible for the implementation of plans.

23. Monitor plans’ effectiveness and introduce changes in response to the marketplace, including setting targets, planning and scheduling work and performance indicators that are typically productivity and efficiency measures.

24. Operate the department within Hilton policies as they relate to the ethical codes, standards of good business practice and local laws and regulations.

25. Work with staff on all “special events” programs within the hotel.

26. Coordinate “walk through” of hotel with security staff as needed for inspection purposes.

27. Represent the hotel and attends meetings of the police / hotel Security Liaison Committee in discussing common problems and practices.

28. Manage the training and development of associates with an eye toward maximum associate’s satisfaction, productivity and guest satisfaction.

29. Responsible for the selection, training and development of the associates within the IBU.
负责选拔,培训和为员工提供个人发展的机会。
30. Be well versed and knowledgeable of “Brand” Fire and Evacuation procedures as well as health and safety requirements in the Workplace. Ensure Associates are aware of their duty of care as determined by legislation and that they maintain complete familiarity

31. Personally ensure compliance with all relevant Workplace Health & Safety and Occupational Health & Safety legislation, and related “Brand” and Hilton Policies.

32. Ensure all trainings are carried out as plan.

33. Monitor staff activity and coach subordinate performance.

34. Abide by the Hotel’s Policies and Procedures, the hotel’s Associate Handbook, and Hilton Business Code of Conduct at all time.

【任职要求】
1. High school or equivalent education required. Heavy law enforcement or security related background considered.
具备高中,酒店管理专业文凭,或同等学历。具备由执法部门工作经验的人员更佳。
2. 2-4 years in security manager, related hotel or lodging preferred. Working knowledge of constitutional, statutory and civil law.
2-4年以上在国际品牌酒店保安部经理工作经验。
3. Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
要求具备良好的口头,和书写沟通能力。
4. Most tasks are performed in a team environment with the Associate acting as a team leader. There is minimal direct supervision.

5. Possess basic computational ability.

6. Extensive knowledge of the hotel and facilities
