Primary Responsibilities主要职责
1.To plan, organize and supervise the Laundry activities on a daily basis,Enforces policies and procedures in relation to the Laundry, trains and directs all staff within the section.
计划、组织、管理洗衣房日常工作执行洗衣房的各项规章制度, 培训和领导部门内员工。
2.Supervises and coordinates the activities of all laundry and valet personnel engaged in the processing of guest items, house laundry/dry cleaning and pressing items.
管理和监督洗衣房活动,亲身参与洗衣、熨烫工作。
3.Assists the Manager Laundry in supervising and coordinating all activities within the section.
协助洗衣房经理有效地完成工作。
4.Ensure that guest items and staff uniforms are operation.
保证客衣和员工制服正常运作。
5.Properly cleaned and according to the corresponding laundry list.
根据洗衣单正确清洗衣物。
6.Examine tears, stains and missing accessories due to processing and that these be remedied and replaced.
检查破损,染色和丢失附件的衣物并将其缝补和替代。
7.Promptly and efficient collection and delivery.
迅速和有效地收发衣物。
8.Maintains quality in cleaning and finishing and sees to it that systems and procedures are being followed.
保证洗衣质量和洗衣时间,检查操作是否合符规范。
9.Ensures that all equipment is used and being cleaned properly, refer to the Laundry Manager any unusual sound or defects of the equipment.
确保所有机器的清洁,如听见机器运转有杂声、机器停顿、运转不良或损坏,马上通知洗衣房经理以上情况。
Knowledge and Experience知识与经验
1.Least 4 years working experience in hotel laundry room
至少4年的洗衣房工作经验
2.Have similar position in international 5 star hotel
具有国际5星级相同职位经验
3.Have laundry operation and management experience
