1、 Find out problem when you are talk to the customers. Maintain a high level of communication with guests and supervisor.
与客人交谈中发现问题,与主管,同事保持一个高水平的沟通交流。
2、 Assist in preparation of outlet for service periods. Adhere to the standards and sequence of service within the outlet.
3、 Maintain a visible appearance in the outlet during the operation to quickly identify the needs of guests, management and associates. Ascertain guest’s satisfaction and advise supervisor of any guest complaints or problems no matter how small.

4、Supervise colleagues and subordinates to ensure the efficient operation of the outlet. Ensure that staff is operating according to their job description.
