1、Communication: Maintain a high level of communication with guests and supervisor.
沟通能力:与客人交谈中发现问题。与主管,同事保持一个高质量的交谈。
2、Service: Assist in preparation of outlet for service periods. Adhere to the standards and sequence of service within the outlet.
服务能力:为服务做好准备工作。根据酒店的标准和服务的顺序服务。
3、Problem solving: Maintain a visible appearance in the outlet during the operation to quickly identify the needs of guests, management and associates. Ascertain guest’s satisfaction and advise supervisor of any guest complaints or problems no matter how small.
处理临时问题的能力:能迅速的发现餐厅运作中的问题如客人需要,管理和合作。了解客人的满意度,告诉上级任何人的不满无论问题的大小。
4、Management: Supervise colleagues and subordinates to ensure the efficient operation of the outlet. Ensure that staff is operating according to their job description.
管理能力:指导同事和下级,保证能胜任地进行工作在酒店。并保证员工按照工作介绍来进行工作。
5、Perform other related duties & special projects as assigned by the supervisor
