  G: What are the hours at the restaurant?

  Clerk:Good afternoon,sir. May I halp you?

  Visitor:Good afternoon. I’m Bill Jones from America. I’m here to see Mr. Brown from Canada.

  C:just a moment, please, I’ll see if he is registered. Yes, Mr. Brown is staying in our hotel. Would you like us to call his room?

  V:Sure, thank you.(The clerk dials Room 422.)

  G:Yes, my name is James Ellen.

  C:Mr. Ellen. Go ahead, please.

  G:Could you ask her to call me back as soon as she arrives at the hotel?

  C:Certainly, sir. May I have your number, please?

  G:Yes, It’s 831-4273.
