  预订程序

  1. Request for the reservation of accommodation form from the Human Resources Department. Fill in the form with signature.

  到人力资源部领取预定表,填写表格并签名。

  2. Hand in the form to the Human Resources Manager for verification and to complete all information.

  将表格交给人力资源部经理确认并补充所有信息。

  3. HR Manger signs the form and processes through to the General Manger for confirmation of sign in.

  人力资源部经理签字并呈交总经理签字认可。

  4. Fax to the General Manger of the hotel that associates want to stay for confirmation of sign in.

  将表格传真到员工选择入住的酒店总经理并得到其签字认可。

  5. The form will be sent back with the signature of the General Manger and stamp with confirmation of the reservation.

  表格将在对方酒店总经理签字确认并加盖预定确认章后,传真回人力资源部。

  6. In the case that associates cannot stay during the stated period of time, the hotel will send back the form with an explanation where associates may have to change the date of arrival or change the type of room and then go through step 5) and 6) again.

  如果员工选择的日期不能被认可,对方酒店将会注明可能需要的行程改变,日期或是房间类型,然后再重复步骤五和步骤六。

  The hotel reserves the rights to adapt, change or cancel these policies at all times.

  酒店保留采用、更改或删除该政策的权利。

  生日

  The hotel will provide a birthday gift. Moreover, the hotel will provide a party for the associates to celebrate with the Management every month for those who have their birthdays; the budget will prove within RMB 60 per associate’s birthday.

  酒店将赠送过生日的员工生日礼物,并且,管理层每个月将为员工举办一次生日聚会,预算开支在人民币60元/人以内。

  Gifts for Sickness and Accidents

  生病员工和发生意外员工的探访

  In the case that an associate gets sick or gets into an accident and will have to stay in a hospital or deliver a child, the hotel will provide a gift, which will be either a bouquet of flowers or a basket of fruit.

  生病住院的员工和发生意外或生育而住院的员工将得到酒店探访,酒店还会赠送一束鲜花或是一篮水果。

  Funeral Contribution

  葬礼

  In the case of a father, mother, spouse or child of associate has passed away; the hotel will provide a fund of 500RMB. The associate will have to provide a copy of death certificate and a copy of resident to the HR Department for further action.

  如果员工的父母、配偶或子女去世,酒店将提供人民币500元的慰问金,员工必须向人力资源部提供死亡证明书的复印件一份和户口本复印件一份。
