MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES责任概要:
 
Responsible for assisting the Assistant Executive Housekeeper in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in the guestrooms and Public Areas on the Floors through effective administration, training and supervision of staff.
协助行政客房副经理以有效的管理，培训及监督员工来维持客房和公共区域最高标准的清洁质量。

资格要求
l        Thorough knowledge on guestroom and bathroom cleaning
对客房和浴室清洁的完全了解
l        Through knowledge in make up and turn down bed procedure.
对清洁房间和夜床服务的完全了解
l        Thorough knowledge in the proper use and maintenance of housekeeping equipment.
对合理维护和使用客房用具的完全了解
l        Extensive knowledge of floor, public area and linen/uniform operations and management.
对楼层服务，公共区域及布草/制服，管理的个人可持续发展空间
l        Should know how to prepare housekeeping budget with minimal supervision.
了解如何准备房务部的预算应对成本控制
