宾客服务主管 - 送餐部 Service Leader - Room Service

We are currently looking for a Service Leader - Room Service to join our F&B team.
* To have complete knowledge on the food / beverage / service available in
sections appointed
* To be aware of and applies the procedures
concerning hotel fire and life safety / emergency procedures
* Maintains consistency in quality of food and
beverage / service / cleanliness of sections appointed
* Monitors and ensure smooth operations of the sections appointed
(restaurants / banquet / beverage - as applicable)
* Handles minor complaints and reports them to the
Manager or Assistant for proper action
Requirement
We are looking for someone who:
* Has a passion for Food & Beverage
* Experience in F&B department, good F&B knowledge and service awareness
* Guest relations to host International tourist, good command of English
* Loves interacting with guests and customers
* Willing to work shifts

候选人应具备以下能力：
* 对餐饮有热情
* 酒店餐饮部相关工作经验，具有良好的餐饮知识以及服务意识
* 接待国际游客，英语基础良好
* 喜欢与客人互动
* 愿意轮班
