We are currently looking for a Revenue Manager to join our team.
As a Revenue Manager, we rely on you to:
* Implement Revenue Management practices in accordance with the Shangri-La philosophy, policies and standards.
* Lead the statistical and competitiveinformation gathering and produce forecast based on demand, timely and withinaccuracy expectations.
* Recommend and implement overallrevenue maximization strategies including business mix strategies, identifyingrevenue opportunities and group recommendations.
* Recommend and implement effectivepricing strategies for all market segments and revenue streams with logicalrate structure that drive revenues into the hotel.
* Consulting on and implementation of revenue strategies in all channels.
We are looking for someone who:
* At least 2 years similar working experience in international hotel brand
* Excellent administration skills and problem solving skill
* Proficiency in English, in both oral and written
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Open-minded Team Player
