As a Service Associate - Front Office, we rely on you to
* Responsible to provide guest services and handle the set-up of daily reservations and check in and check out of guest in accordance with the objective, performances and quality standard established by Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts and Pudong Shangri-La, Shanghai.
* Ensure all guest request are being complied.
We are looking for someone who:
* Good presentation skills
* Guest relations to host International tourist, good command of written and spoken English
* College degree or above
* Friendly and approachable personality
* Good communication skills
