We are currently looking for a Service Leader - Jade on 36 Kitchen Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen team.
As a Service Leader - Jade on 36 Kitchen Chef de Partie, we rely on you to：
Maintain the food preparation process in alignment with Shangri-La's service and hygiene standardsEnsure all Health and Safety standards and policies are followed correctlyManage the overall kitchen operation
We are looking for someone who:
Has a passion for Food & BeverageEnjoys interacting with peopleLoves interacting with guests and engaging themPreferably has working experience in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel backgroundCommunicates with fluency in English (as well as the local language)Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinary trendsCommitted to serving food of the highest qualityWilling to work shifts
