·     监管所有酒店硬件设施的运行状况，包括维护与维修工作、及时高效地采购零部件与所需物资，同时减少浪费和保持绿色的举措。
Oversee the physical operations of the hotel, including maintenance and repair, and order parts and supplies in a timely and efficient manner while minimizing waste and maintaining “green” initiatives.
·     及时、高效订购各种所需部件和物资，减少浪费，促进“绿色”环保。
May be responsible for hotel security to minimize risk of theft, crime and other hazards.
 
职责
完成木工或水泥工工作。遵守饭店及工程部关于木工，水泥工和油工的各项规章制度。遵守主管安排的工作指令。保持木工，水泥工及油工工具于良好状态并熟悉其正确使用方法。按需要超时工作。具有良好的责任感，称职，工作效率高。
 
Substantial workers to carry out carpentry & masonry. To comply with Engineering\hotel rules & regulations as carpentry masonry & painting worker. Obey work instructions as given by his Immediate Supervisor. Maintain carpentry, masonry and painting tools & equipment in good order, must familiar with the correct use of these tools.
