Under the direction of the outlet manager or assistant outlet manager, and within the limits of established InterContinental Hotels Group Policies and Procedures, provide professional and attentive service to guests.

Complete Tertiary education. Experience in the hospitality industry, similar position experience in an international chained hotel is preferred. Knowledge of food and beverage product and service. 高等教育学历，具备酒店行业工作经验，在国际连锁酒店工作经验者优先。具有一定餐饮产品知识及服务技能。

Qualifications –

 Diploma in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent. Or combination of required working experience to wave education requirement.

Experience –

 Food service experience with general knowledge of restaurant operations preferred.
拥有食品服务经验并具有餐厅运营的一般性知识者优先考虑。
Experience working in Intercontinental Group hotels is preferred
