* Establishes good working relationship with all local and international accounts including corporate, group & events accounts.

* Lead the sales team to develop new accounts by regular sales activities.

* Observe market trend, adapt hotel sales strategies when necessary.

* Based on business needs, involves sales team prepare sales action plan.

* Understand the updated market demand, able to share marketing intelligence from primary competitor hotels with the sales team.

* Assists HOS to have a deep understanding of the hotel’s market segments, their expectations and ways of attracting them to the hotel.

* Maintain and improve a good working relationship with hotel key accounts.
维护并增进与大客户的良好合作关系。
* Ensures that sales team are working productively and achieving their sales calls quotas and revenue targets.

* Co-works closely with the Restaurant and Bars and Public Relations teams to create and promote interesting and successful promotions for our restaurants and bars.

* Ensures effective communication with other hotel departments.

* Assists HOS to build up and maintain an efficient and effective administrative system by supervising sales files to ensure proper contractual agreements are in place.

* Assists HOS to set policies and procedures pertaining to sales and ensure all manuals/ systems are up to date and in use.

* Understand the needs of trainings from the sales team, conduct and arrange sales trainings.

* Participates in the weekly Revenue Meeting with related departments.

* Based on business needs, arrange and conduct domestic and overseas business trips.

The Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves) 必备项 :
* Undergraduate degree from an accredited university, college or hotel school.
大学本科教育水平,毕业于社会公认的大学、专科学院或酒店学校。
* A minimum of 2 years’ Hospitality working experience, with at least 2 years in a position of similar capacity
至少2年以上酒店行业同类职位工作经验。
* Fluent written and spoken English & Mandarin, multi-lingual desirable.
流利的英语和普通话书面及口语能力,掌握多种语言者优先。
* Effective interpersonal skill.
有效的人际关系技巧。
