Responsible for supervising, planning, controlling and coordinating the administration of related offices and the catering work of the department. Fully responsible for the operation of some catering departments, such as the lobby lounge, All-day dining restaurant, food delivery service, Chinese restaurant, banquet hall, Japanese restaurant and Italian restaurant administrative departments.
负责监督、计划、控制及协调有关办公室行政管理及本部门各餐饮的工作。全面负责餐饮部分部门的运作,如,大堂吧、全日制餐厅、送餐服务、中餐厅、宴会厅、日料餐厅和意大利餐厅等。

Administration

· Exercises administration and supervises through Ass. Director of Food & Beverage, and Restaurant Managers.
通过餐饮部副总监及各餐厅经理对餐饮部进行监督管理
· Confers with management on reports, forecasts, budget policy and future planning.
与管理层商议报告,预算及今后的计划
· Prepares reports for management including budget and forecasts.
准备预算和预测并汇报给管理层
· Providing guidance to Restaurant Managers on employees training, public relations and sales promotion.
对各餐厅经理进行公关意识及销售的指导培训
· Take responsibility for any task assigned by the General Manager, even though it might not concern the Food & Beverage Department.
听命于总经理的任何工作委派,既使此事可能与餐饮部无关
· Follow through on any task assigned by the General Manager, even though it might not concern the Food & Beverage Department
负责完成总经理分派的任何工作安排,及餐饮部所涉及的工作并需在有效时间内完成
· Give comments to the General Manager on the progress of all tasks assigned by the General Manager, and on those tasks, self-assigned, within a reasonable time limit.

Financial and Revenue Responsibilities

· Works with Restaurant Managers in testing and experimental projects to upgrade product or procedure.
为了使产品更上一层楼与各餐厅经理们一起进行尝试及试验性的工作
· Meets periodically with Restaurant Managers to review operations and discusses methods of improving procedures and ways to meet unusual business demands.
定期与各餐厅经理碰头以复审经营并研究改善的方式方法以及特别生意的需求
· Meets with purveyors to learn of new products or methods.
同食品供应商接触以便学习新产品或新方法
· Meets with customer on special functions and its arrangements.

· Keeps aware of trends, practices and equipment in food and beverage preparation and service in the hotel and restaurant field through trade literature and actual visits.
参加供货会并阅读产品资料以对新产品新方案及新设备加以了解
· Improves sales volume in all outlets by means of up-to-date marketing, menus (seasonal and special), festivals (barters, airlines or other sister hotels), and special food and beverage promotions.
提高整个部门的营业额,对新的市场,时令菜 ,节日(易货 ,航空及其他兄弟饭店),及特别餐饮推销
Professional Technical Responsibilities
专业技术责任
· Effective communication skills in both Chinese & English.
有效的中英文沟通能力。
· Strong guest interaction and interpersonal skill.
优秀的对客服务和沟通技巧。
· Possess leadership quality and supervisory skills, independent, committed and well-organized.
具备领导才能,独立性强、忠诚可靠并具良好的组织计划能力。
· Be good at training and develop the team members.
具备良好的培训及培养下属的能力。
· Be familiar with guest experience management, be able to understand and use international brand service management tools.
熟知宾客体验管理、能够理解并运用国际品牌服务管理工具。
· Be expert of Office Software.
熟练操作办公软件。
· More than 10 years F&B management experience in similar level hotel.
有相似级别酒店的餐饮部管理工作经历10年以上。

· All staffs are required to comply with every reasonable request from their hierarchical supervisor(s) within an amount of time that it takes to comply under normal circumstances.

· All staffs may be assigned to other duties in the hotel as and when required by business levels.

· Abide by Hotel’s and Department’s policy & procedure.

· Perform other related duties & special projects as assigned by the supervisor

· Ensure that all potential and real Hazards are reported immediately and rectified
确保所有潜在的和实际的危险是被立即报告和纠正的。
· Be fully conversant with all departmental Fire, Emergency procedures
熟悉各个部门的消防、紧急事件的处理程序。
· Ensure that all emergency procedures are rehearsed, implemented and enforced to provide for the security and safety of guests and Staffs

· Ensure the safety of the persons and the property of all within the premises by fairly applying Hotel Regulations by strict adherence to existing laws, statutes etc.

· Ensure all Staff within the department work in a manner which is safe and unlikely to give risk of harm or injury to selves or others

· Ensure confidentiality and secure storage of all intellectual property and data bases, both hard copy and electronic. Adhere to Internet and Email policy

· Ensure Hotel, Customer and Staff Information or transactions are kept confidential during or after employment with the company.
